I purchased LG double door refrigerater (model GL338VE5) in September. One week after the purchase, we notice that gaskets get detatched from the door while opening the door. So doors doesn't fix properly and icing is formed in vegetables tray. Moreover, compressor makes a 'thud' sound when put on and off.
Whenever we made a complaint or follow up, they give us new complaint number every time. We never knew what happened to all the open complaints whether somebody close them without attending the job.
One should think hundred times before buying LG refrigerator. After sales service is the poorest of all.
