Hi sir. i have been using my air tel no for d past 2 months. and i have been sent a frequent message stating that u have to submit id and address proofs to the nearest air tel outlet.. but the thing is that i have submitted those proofs 3 times in this month[ august]..once service was withdrawn from my number 9790876759 stating the same reason and after a few days of submission service was resumed in my mobile.. and again in this month[September] i am receiving the same message.. its so annoying. please make sure that i have given all the necessary proofs for my mobile number. reply me at [email protected] .kindly make a provision 2 speak with the customer care officer ..kindly respond 2 this complaint
