Water Leakage from Refrigeration compartment

I have purchased a refrigerator and there is a manufacturing defect in the product. I have also complaint thrice but company's representative unable to rectify the same. The product requires replacement but company is not taking any action.I give opportunity to the company to rectify the problem or otherwise replace the defected piece otherwise I will be compel to approach Consumer Court to protect my right and claim the losses. This should be treated as final notice to the Company.Date of purchase- 19-8-10 vide Invoice No. LRD/302883 of M/S Kohinoor PVT LTD Lamington Road, Mumbai-7.
