Poor customer service

I have LG television in my house. Recently my lg was not functioning properly. i complained to lg service on 9.12.2010. they replied that the tv will be serviced by 48 hours. but no response from lg service so far. i once again complained but no reply. i am sorry to say that i feel deceived by Lg service.by mahalingam. erode. tamilnadu
