I purchased 3 lts insta gyser on 3-1-11. This started leaking form inside within 6 months. The geyser is out of service since last 3 months. Complaint has been registered with company but the support person comes and does not replace on the plea that connection pipe is to be changed. The geyser is showing clear leaking sign from. The company has appointed very inexperienced agency who try to avoid service on one and another pretext. After much persuasion the service boy agreed to take geyser for factory repair. But he was not ready to give any receipt while he was having the book. However, after much and much persuasion he has given a paper and only writeen the word "received". I think Maharaja Whiteline is only eye washing by appointing such service staff. I have still not got the geyser back. Complet season has gone without geyser. Please do not buy any appliance form the such service giving company you will always repent.
