Dear Sir,
i have purchased a maxx mobile-model GC121 on 05/02 and EMI no-980021000113191 from SHREE MAA ELECTRONICS, ATHGARH, CUTTACK, ORISSA which is not working properly i.e, batery standby, hang, earpiece problem and memory card not supporting. I gave this mobile to MOBILE CARE, BUXIBAZAR, CTC.PHNO.-0671-6535463 having service receipt no-69047 job dt-30/04 But yet i have not received my mobile due to the negligence of that poor service centre.
Therefore I request you take this matter positively and give me this mobile by repairing as soon as possible.
