On 2nd of Mar I gave my phone Micromax Q5 to the near by Authorised Micromax Service centre at Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
The problem with my handset was "if we record Sound or video we use to
witness very slow sound played in the background which wasnt audible
at all and as far as music is concerned the speaker was in good
condition, so i felt there is problem with the Mic itself which takes
low volume while recording".
Hence Before making the jobcard i personally showned my phone to one
of the Executive in that S.Centre. He asked me to get the jobcard done
and will try to reinstall the Software. So as per his instruction i
gave the phone to the Incharge who use to make jobcards. He switched
off my phone and took the battery and back panel cover and handover to
me along with the jobcard and asked me to collect my phone after 2
days.
After 2 days when i went to collect my phone back, the guy who
prepared the jobcard started arguing with me that when i gave the
phone the display wasnt working. What a rubbish it was then i blasted
him asking him to get my phone repaired. So he told me not to worry we
will do that. For that he told me I have to wait for a week so that
they can get the Board from delhi and fix it.
After a week i been there to collect my phone he told me it will take
another week. Samething the S.Centre person is keep on saying me from
last 20days. If i raise my voice he directly says me you better talk
to Micromax Customer care people. I'm really fraustrated with this
service centre now.
