I purchased one Q75 model of mobile handset of Micromax.on 23.03.2011. But in the month of june Problem of Charging appeared showing on the screen " BAD CONTACT OF CHARGER". Immediately I rushed to the authorised servive centre at Siliguri Named APEX SOLUTION and deposited the hand set for solution. After 15 days they returned the set but the same problem continuied. Second time again I gave the set to the said service centre but after two months they returned the set with out any fruitful result. Third time again I gave the set and more than one month elapsed but till date I did not get any responce from the service centre. If this is the standard of service and quality of product of Micromax, they shuld immediately stop their business. May I hope for a fruitful solution?
