Defective Mobile Returned but money not refunded yet

Dear Sir,

I regret to inform that I have bought one Mobile ph model F8 from Naaptol after seeing their Advt in a newspaper and paid cash on 24/06 (COD) but found that the mobile was defective. After calling customer care at 9223516148 they told me to return the same and they will refund me within 7 days. I returned the Mobile by courier and having the POD which proves that they received the same on 29/06.

Now, it is almost two months has passed and still the refund didn't reached me and whenever I call their customer care they always repeat the same words that within seven days I will get my refund. I have almost called them for atleast 15 times. It seems that they are in cheating business and openly doing it by giving newspaper advt.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get refund and also leagal action must be taken against such company.
