Adventa 3 burner gas stove
Poor quality of gas stove

Hello Sir,

We have bought a new Adventa Gas stove with 3 burners at home before 1.5 years back with one of the dealers from our town.

I am really disappointed with it. Gas stove was taken at home and the big burner among 3 was not burning properly... Just on that day we need to call customer service. See the tragedy..we have bought the product without QA..

After some time again around the 3 burners steel is converted into red brown color thick layer. We again complaint and they said it's not under warranty... WOW what a response...!!!

Coming to third and major point... they said while buying it will save your 50% of gas... Does it really do??? We don't find this saving till date... A poor advertising...

Again I have gone back to my retailer..they said they will send a service boy from the company... it has been almost 2 months again and till date no service boy has come to our doorsteps..

Is this really an ISO Company which sticks to their promises??

Do needful As soon as possible...

I have already emailed to company 6 months ago but no concrete actions have taken.
