Hi m Aanchal from Pune, just recently bought a LCD of Onida from Starcj. The Order Number: 04-18-026961 and was delivered on time but after the installation the TV stopped working within 2 days. After complaining to the company, the engineer came after 5 days and said that the part Power supply board needs to be changed. Now after 3 weeks of waiting, the company people say that there is no stock of the Power Supply Board so we cannot repair it. I asked them whom to contact, they simply say that write a mail to [email protected]
I did not know that buying a product online will give me so much of problem. I will never recommend buying onida products.
