Non functioning of TV

Dear Sir,

My ONIDA TV suddenly in March went blank and the service engineer (from ONIDA Service centre, Ratnagiri) ) came to our house and replace parts from the TV & take Rs. 950/- for Rs.450/- service charge & Rs.500/- Charge for parts. But that person yet not give me proper bill of Rs. 950/-

Again onida TV Display GOne & nobody come for repair this is too much. your service is very very bad & your Ratnagiri service center is third class level.
