I had purchased an Orpat Mixer Grinder (Kitchen Jewel) from one of the authorized Orpat Distributer in East Delhi, in 2010. Knowing the excellent quality and its customer service from my past experience with other Orpat products, I did not do any quality research before purchasing this product. However just after 10-15 days of purchase, the grinder jars start getting jam, which also puts load on the mixer motor. For resolution, every time I have to take this product to the distributor, and again to collect it after 4-5 days. Further, again after 10-15 days same problem re-occur. This had happened 4-5 times and creates lots of inconvenience for me.
I had written complaint to [email protected] and [email protected] two or three times, however not received any response till date.
