Activation of Dialer Tunes
I am using Aircel my phone no is 9842808169. Firstly in this AUGUST phone come from custmer care regading dialer tune services. i never said them to active this service yet they active it and charged Rs 30. then i call them but they did not return money. then i deactive this service and also activated Do not Disturb service after this there phone does not come. But today (30 OCTOBER) i received a message from them saying that ur Dialer Tune will be activated in 24 hr. and they charged Rs 30 again. When I called the Custmare care service (two times) they said it is actived around 5.59 pm today, But i has not recieved any call. When i ask the reason they just end my call in between the conversion (two times), Although they were Charging me for the Call. Now I want my money back. They Just made this a business to loot the Peoples. Otherwise I will take this to legal one, and suit you damages in Law of Court, It is very unhealthy procedure looting money from people, also I will take complaint to TRAI & media, reply & reverse the amount within 2 days, otherwise I will take this matter seriously - MOHAN KUMAR M, CHENNAI 31.10.2010
