We bring to your kind notice that we had purchased one of your product (1.8 Ltr Rice Cooker) at Malleshwaram (Harish Home Appliances branch)- Bangalore with warranty of 12 Months on 02-Jun0. This product we had selected in this brand cause of your good name in the market and business floating and excellent service available for your goods

Till date this product get damage for 3 times and rectified the problem by your dealer representative by taking the time 10 days each time get repair, which is not at all acceptable. And even today also this one is not working properly with continues problems and loosing entire hope of ours on your products

In fact in case your excellent product compare with current available products of other brands it is entirely different and pathetic situation cause of purchasing your product to us

So Finally our request you to that please identify the negligible & non technical servicemen’s and non manageable dealers who were losing your marker brand and giving bad service to your customers
