i had purchased Galaxy S2 online from Homeshop18 on 12th November'2012 which was received to me on 20th Nov'12. From the first day, the phone started creating problem like hanging problem after 2 or 3 days i found more problems like automatic phone restart, camera hanging, dead screen, network issues thus finally i decided to go to service center regarding this issue on 26th Nov'12. After collecting the phone on the same day from service center the problems remains the same. Then again i went to service center on 30th Nov'12 and now we are told that its motherboard needed to be replaced.
Now i do not want to replace its motherboard because its a brand new phone just 2 or 3 days old. How can they expect from users to accept such kind of defected piece again.
i am totally frustrated with Samsung support and service, i only want them to refund my paid amount for this manufacture defected device.
