Putting up a complaint after waiting 3 months for a resolution. To begin with, I gifted a mobile phone to my sister. Having heard about good reputation of Micromax, I shopped online on Homeshop18 website. Since the very first day, this mobile phone has been a pain. She has been trying to get in touch with Homeshop18 and you guys from the very beginning, however everyone is passing the buck to one another. Heights now, your mobile phone would not identify sim, would not catch signals, would show blank screen and does not work. We did not pay 6000 bucks for a piece of junk. Looking forward for a full refund that they charge me as it has been a great inconvenience for us.
