IFB
NOT ATTENDING SERVICE CALLS

We have IFB SONARETA WASHING MACHINE.

I HAVE ALSO SUBSCIBED FOR AMC as my machine is not under warrantee.

1) The customer service is very poor over phone they will not provide proper info

2) Service personal does not attend call simply talks over phone and tells no spares available I will come after 1 or 2 weeks.

IFB should look-into
