No after sales service

I did a blunder of buying ifb product couple of years back on 20 th of dec i lodged a complaint for broken belt of ifb diva, after making around 100 calls to costmer care, sevice centre, gitanjali branch manager but till date havnt got any visit and today i am told by the costmer care centre that complaint has been cancelled by sevice centre, for yor ref my complaint no is 10319204 and costmer id is 2737704
