The machine stopped functioning & it is a week now since the complaint was booked with the centralized customer care of IFB. After several telephonic followups on my part, the call was attended & I was informed that the motor needed to be changed - but the problem is still unresolved. The service centre incharge Mr. Mahendra does not receive my call & does not seem bothered to redress the issue. The technicians do not appear to be adequately trained & there is absolutely no dedication to resolving customer complaints.
