I know there are many complaints filled every day. But please CINSUMER COURT dont only read the complaints but take action on it as well.
I purchased Celkon CT2 tablet on Dec. 2012.
The tablet gets switch off automatically when I keep it on charging. I can't access internet in it.
I can't access play store.
Loud speaker is not working
I went to gallery and they said we will repair it. I simply submitted the tablet and went to gallery to recollect it. But tablet has the same problem when I said this to customer executive thy abused me and started fighiting physically with me. They did same with many other customers too.
No one is pucking up calls on consumer care number if celkon mobile.
Now I want justice, I want my money back thts al. I can't go to their gallery every now and then leaving my job.
Consumer court please help me if you are existing.
