Bought a computer screen cleaner last Sunday. Upon opening it, I discovered the bottle to be empty on Monday morning. I called them immediately spoke to Bhavan who said I can bring it in and it will be replaced. I also spoke to manager Bhijoo who said that I must bring it in by Sat and he will replace it. I went in on Sat, with the slip, original packaging and all the labels on. They refused to exchange and asked me to buy another one at half the price. I indicated that I spoke to them both who agreed to xchange it and that I was not willing to pay a price and half for something that was empty in the first place.
This shop is very unscrupulous and the people that work there are not familiar with CPA laws. As I was there, many people came in complaining. I would not bother to have called them or take the item there if I did not have a problem with it in the first place.
I wish someone would do something about them as they have no right to be housed in such a reputable mall!!!
