I have purchased new Nokia Asha 202 set (IMEI1 : 353270055230546) on 23rd July, 12 bill enclosed, its hardly 15 days I started getting problem in Volume Controlling and key pad no.s 4, 5, 6, but all other features are working absolutely fine. Hence given it for replacement/repair as under warranty period thru shop from where I have bought this set. However jobsheet provided to me after one day indicates its due to Liquide damage in PCB, which is entirely wrong analysis since if it is damaged due to water then other numbers would have been effected and volume controller would not be working one way. I have kept it very safely and no possibilty of water damage. They are saying that just to get more money for servicing it under warranty or they don't want to take responsibity of their cheap quality
Its very frustrating that new product giving trouble and service centre providing bad service under warranty, I have emailed them also at '[email protected]' but no response.
