I bought the 'aqua gaurd-Eurekaforbes water purifier' only with a hope of getting the best after sales services. For the last one month it is not taking in water and nor water come out from the outlet. We contacted the customer care people for nearly twenty times... for nearly a month (call Euro help line 39883333) and the authorised service centres in Chennai (30630009, 26177280..). We paid Rs.1000/- (one thousand rupees) for one year for service contract (contract Receipt No:18042390). Despite my repeated complaints to the call Euro help line and authorised service centres no positive reply is given and there is none to attend the problem. It is really disheartening for us and it is really shameful on the part of the company which claims to be 'your friend for life' to be so negligent towards the voice of the poor customers.
