Amount wrongly deducted

I have airtel prepaid connection, my mobile no 9972815223, some Rs 20/- deducted in my account on 16.04.10 at 05:57:50pm regarding this matter i call your prepaid customer care center one of Ms Vathsala taken my copmplaint told me slove this problem and refund the deducted amount. today morning i received call from the following no 9980269486 (from airtel) and the person told me amount not refunded im using airtel live option and downloding some hello tune. i have not subcribe any airtel live or GPRS service, kindly look this matter and slove this problem as early as possible
