Dear Sir,
I have got airtel prepaid card and want to divert my calls to a landline number which is a valid number (or any valid sim number). I called airtel customer care and activated call divert option, but i call my number after diverting the call the 1st message I got was "your call has been diverted" and next message " The number is invalid number".
I have entered the valid number for diverting the call as I can call the same number from my handset.
My I know the reason why I get the message "The number is invalid". Or is there any format (the number format) to divert the calls. My number is 9901292391 (Bangalore).
