I am serving in indian air force station gwalior. My no: - 9893739764.I have submitted the document twice in your airtel office yet the number has been not transferred to Mr. S.S.Shukla. Secondly, we talk to the customer executive about unneccsary dedution my money from my main account. They say that you have being charged value added services from airtel. Last month we recharged my phone Rs340. in which Rs.99 has been deducted from main account acoording to customer care they said you have download Java Game, but no game has been sent to my phone. In September Rs.50 has deducted. We are not satisty with the conversion to your customer care executive. Further this continues we have think to take other company's services. Also, we will take this issue to the consumer court.
