I am having a prepaid mobile connection 9810392656 in my name for the last 10 years approx, for which I had submitted complete set of papers at the time of commencement. Later on, about two years ago, I again got a reminder to submit similar set of papers as per govt.directives, which I submitted again. But for the last few days, I am getting sms at frequent intervals to submitt all the papers once again, I don't know if it is some kind of joke the Airtel is playing with me. Despite submitting the required set of papers twice, they seem to be unaware of the situation, probably due to inefficiency or proper coordination of their staff n for which I can not be held responsible. I tried to convince them over phone but there also people handling those deppts appear to be totally ignorent of our problems n sing their tune only. I have a landline no.41401242 from the same service provider, hence, I am well n already Identified so why such sms n calls from airtel???
