Unable to check my balance in my phone

Dear madam/sir,

I'm using samsung GT-I5801 with an airtel no. 07893575500. I have a problem wit my handset or my network with which i cudn't get to know about my MAIN BALANCE, SMS BALANCE, NET BALANCE and any other USSD CODES... Can you please insist me by mail to ([email protected]) or sms to know a solution for my problem.
