I m using airtel connection no:- 9971196369 since last 2 years, but i never faced problem as faced today. you have deducted my Rs.10 and activated LOGO/PICTURE SMS and as per my memory a have never activated services like this, and you may check that is there any request forwarded from my side to activate service like this,
So i request you to deactivate my anctivated service and refund my amount as soon as possible.
