I called on customer care to ask for national msg recharge they told about 95 recharge where i get 500 msgs per day.

And i was not getting stable call summary after messaging or calls, sometimes i get sometimes not.

I got recharge of 555 for balance a week ago, got to know aftr 2 days my balance is 487 though i jus did one call of 6 mins to delhi from mumbai.

i called again and confirm message charges and they told it is 500 per day and will check to this balance deduction and the call got disconnected.

And now i have balance of i guess 80rs.

And today i got to know that on 95 there are 100 messages per day.

I am not earning looking for job and cant afford loss of around 400-500 rs because of this irresponsibility.

Kindly consider my problem and reiisue me the balance deducted because of this reason.
