I have taken a Black Berry Plan- 399 on Airtel Prepaid. The plan states Unlimited BBM and Unlimited Data.
When ever I on the data service even after the plan being active my balance get reduced on its own. I went to the Airtel galary they asked me to switch to 2g on my handset so I did as mention still my balance get cut for nothing. I called the customer care and they had no clue of it. The customer care rep asked me to speak to Black Berry Customer care. When i spoke to the Black berry Customer care with is 7070 they say its a billing issue so please speak to billing department. No one is resolving my issue. I am totally fed up with airtel. All the customer service rep just keep tossing me around with out any discussion.
