Dear airtel,
i have been using airtel mobile connection # 9849033035 since 12 yrs... till now i did not face any problems with airtel... but last week i.e on 29-9-11..i just logged in to airtel live from my mobile, but did not download any games and rs99 was deducted from my account... i contacted customer care and they said my amount will be credited in 4 hrs but till now it has not been credited.. i contacted number of times but my call is being disconnected... airtel is cheating people...
