Ill not coming in my adress

I am complaint to the customer care n my prblm bill not come to perticular date in my adress last mnth bill not recived in my bill till date .eavry mnth u will send bill on 5th date or two days anoterwise u will not send bill in my adress nd u will send it bill i will not paid that amounth.
