UNWANTED MESSAGES AND DEDUCTIONS FROM THE ACCOUNT

Dear sir,

I'm having AIRTEL sim and bought it two years before. My airtel number is 9790699702. Airtel has automatically activated few applications and regularly deducting the amount daily... I have contacted the customer care more than 10 times to ask for deactivating the applications. Again they will activate the applications automatically. They are sending unwanted messages to my phone number even though i have applied for DND option. So kindly look into seriously.
