Settop box hanging problem

Dear Sir

I have bought the Airtel HD box on 16-12-10. My Customer ID is 3006537819. With in one month i have noted one problem that my STB got hanged up with in 10 minutes after switching ON the box. At that time nothing happened that was buttons in STB and remote were not working and there is no audio and video on screen. I already raised two complaints regarding this issue. But your service persons just came and RESET the STB. But still (10 months) the problem continues. I called but they told to reset the box. Nowadays it happen twice in days

I am also an electrical engineer i think that RESET the STB is not a permanent solution. I think there is an electronic problem inside the STB. Please depute one service engineer to correct it permanently or replace it immediately. Now the box is under warranty. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
