I got the airtel hd set top box free with bravia.
Now since the free period is over, i am unable to add any new channels or use their services to the fullest. I tried everything to make it work.
When i tried to get it work via the web a message "‘We are unable to process your request. Please try again later. Regret the inconvenience.’ comes up.
I find this to be very inconvenient and request the airtel team to find some solution to my problem soon.
