I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza (Deluxe Veggie Toppings: Onion Crisp Capsicum Mushroom Golden Corn Paneer Crust: Cheese Burst Size: Medium (serves 2) 1Wh.. online on their website on last Monday, March 12. Everything was fine till the final stage. The SBI net banking transaction went through and i was taken to that webpage of Dominos which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed after wiaiting for a long period of 20 minutes. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.'
At this stage I immediately called up the Dominos store (Dominos Store Address
Unit No.21, Ground Floor, Plot No. M.P.1, Vikas Cinemall, Indira Nagar, Dehradun Ph.no 0135-2760019, ) which i had selected for home delivery and spoke to the Manager who mentioned that they have not received any online order from me and enquired my problem. After hearing out my problem he advised me to try again.
. Then the Dominos Manager then took my order over the phone and said r, not to worry and that the debited amount will be refunded within one week.
Till now i have not gotten my money back, i also checked with my bank account and it is confirmed that my account has been debited (and the amount has been credited to Dominos. I would request Dominos to kindly look into this matter and refund my money back asap.
