IRCTC food

We, my self and my son, started journey by Dooranto exp. In coach no. S-1, birth no.13-14 (Adjusted) on 26th june fron NZM to Chennai (PNR no. 2565215783). Just we had started the dinner we found a 3-4 inches long hair in vegetable served to my son. On request vegetable was replaced by pantry staff.

Next morning coffee was provided, I requested the boy to provide a tea, as I am habitual to take tea at morning, the boy told me that tea will be given with breakfast. After some time I went to pantry to take tea on payment but refused by pantry staff to provide tea on payment.

Also, we did not provided paper napkins during our breakfast, lunch and dinner time.

One more thing is, in such fast trains, if the windows are open some passengers may feel inconvenience in inhaling due to speed of train/air speed. So, all such fast train should be air condition similarly as Garib Rath trains.
