Loose bas tibar rice

I purchased rice from mogappair west reliance fresh .its actual wt was 4.8 kg but on their billing machine they weighed it as 5.020 kg and when i asked them to check they said that other machine is not correct n billing machine is correct. kindly take action against it.my bill no is #0103 date 30 may
