It has been around 11yrs since I am in Bangalore.where ever you go and ask for shopkeeper for milk products (like curd, milk etc) they are charging more than the MRP.They are charging one or two rupees extra for that. If MRP is Ts.10/-They are charging Rs11... Rs.12..like that. Even the dealers of Nandini shopkeepers are also charging. Nobody is there to stop these activities. If you say the big mall owners are not charging extra why you are charging. No answer.
Most of the MALL (like food world etc are charging the same price in spite of there big maintenance cost. Since they are paying VAT and receipt.
I am requesting you to please stop these activities and oblige
