My self Suresh patel from mehsana district (gujarat). At 3rd oct.2010 i get training from patil export mushroom at Ahmedabad. This time they get approximately -Rs.for training fees and and get 17500/-advanced deposit for contract farming of mushroom.both are refundable. In training he tell us 600/-Rs.per one kg dry mushroom plus transport extra. And they had send me a mushroom kit and buy back guaranty letter for 2years.i should give 100kg dry mushroom then they give back deposite.
Now then after i start a mushroom farm. and start cultivation of mushroom.i had send a 61kg. dry mushroom by couriers. i had send from Oct and letter. I call to him for payment but they don't give me any reply. When i call at Belgaum office then they tell me call at Bombay office.and i call at Bombay office then they tell me call at Belgaum office. They don't do any commitment for payment.
Please sir help me to get my payment and get back advanced deposit. I want get back advanced deposite because they have not complete commitment.and now i can trust on them for next payment.
