I had booked a two parcel with c. Note # P501800984 ON dated 30/10 from Delhi to purina. which is partially deliver and almost 20 packet missing from the box. I have already ask him with patna branch and purnia branch they are not ready to take responsibility. Customer service number not working. everyone behaving rudely none of them responding on my complaint. I would suggest everyone not to use any services from madhur currier.
