The Arvind Regalia mattress (about 6ft by 7ft) which has 7 year warranty has got spoiled within one year and instead of replacement it was refurbisehed by the company and assured that if the same happens again it will replace without any charge. The mattress got pressed within few months and it was not replaced for years by delaying the issue in the name of series of inspections and trying to charge extra. Later after about 5 yrs he (incharge..Mr. Varghese) agreed to replace and sent it to dealer who is 25kms from my home. He says that he will not deliver it to home and not even deliver it to the place from where i purchased. Under warranty I need not pay any transportation charges but still i said i will pay the amount if he delivers at home. But he says that i have to deposit at the dealer, sign some form and take the matress at my own risk and by my own vehicle.
He is trying to trouble me and trying not to give me the delivery.
