Delay in collection of consignment

We usually dispatch the door delivery items through GATI Cargo. Our Products are Carved wooden Doors & Frames. Mainly Tiruvananthapuram, Mumbai, Pune, U.P., Delhi & other Northern townships we depend on GATI Cargo.

Now we have been waiting for 3 - 4 days after informing the local Office for the dispatch of 2 Packets (1 - wooden frame & 1 Carved D/L Door) to Mumbai - Chembur. The customer contacts us frequently for not receiving the same.

2 Days back one 3 wheeler came to pick the same. But as we felt it is not safe, we didn't allow them to take. Then Yesterday & today we were following up for the same. We have given the measurements and weight of the consignment.

We want this to be collected from here at least today and please confirm this consignment should reach at the earliest to the destination.
