I bought bed set and sofa set from Central Mall, vashi on 21st of august. They delived me sofa within 15 days but when they opened packing sofa was damaged. Leather of sofa was torn on side. I gave complain in written to fitter of sofa but no action has taken yet. They promised me they will replace the sofa but still no action is taken. The most harrasing thing is they did not delivered bed set even after a month of order placement. Manager of store told me every time that the furniture will be delivered in 2-3 days. but furniture never came. After lots of follow up I told him to cancel my order and return my money back if they are not able to deliver my furniture in next 2 days. Store manager agreed to that and after that also they did not delivered my furniture and said we never promised to return your money back. I lost my lot of money and time in whole process. Name of store manager is Vikas Mandal who just keep lying to customers. and the other manager raj is also dishonest.
I recommend not to buy any product from central or future group specially while sale of 15 aug is going on. Instead of that local furniture shops give good bargain and timed delivery as we only pay token amount to them and remaining amount on delivery.
