We bought a three seater sofa in September from Fab India Store in Indira nagar, Bangalore. Within 2 months, the seat starting sinking and we complained about the same personally at the store in Feb. For three months, there was absolutely no response from the store. We complained again on the 11th of April in the store register. For 4 more weeks, no one contacted us. We went back to the store again on the 10th of May and complained again to Ms. Vipra. She promised that somebody would come and check the sofa immediately in the next week. She called back to confirm that the carpenter would come on friday evening. However no one turned up once again. We made repeated phone calls to Vipra and Sarvanan at the store and finally spoke to the store manager - Renu Kalevar. Finally they sent a carpenter who examined the sofa and declared that he is not the right carpenter to do this job and they will have to send someone else. We are still awaiting for a response from the store management on this. In the meantime we have not been able to use the sofa. We spoke to Renu once again this morning and she wants us to follow up with the carpenter directly and now claims that Fab India is not responsible for repair of the sofa and that we will have to bear the cost of repair. This is after 5 months of constant follow up on a damaged product that was sold to us. We would like a response and a resolution from Fab India on this Issue immediately.
