DEAR SIR,

I have bought 2 Godrej chairs for Rs 6086/25 item code FU7042RXV13SXXXX PCH-7042R MILAN RED Challan no 4647 customer code 93SR58 in may. The company man came fitted the chairs but within a week the nuts and screws just started falling out.and as you sit on the chair the chair just slides down after our complain your man came 2 do the needful but while doing it he broke the backrest.while signlng i wrote a note about the same.but no action was taken.then we put in a request again the service call no is 347672.but no action taken by the co. WE are stuck with 2 defective pieces. After i wrote this letter i got a call and the CO. man checked and left and never got back.its nearly 2 months now.
