I have purchased a sofa worth rupees 50, 000/- in January at Ishyana mall (9561096110).
The problem started started from March only, stitching at two places was coming out, I called home town people and they repaired it. Again happened in September, called up them and they did the same. The stitching quality was too poor, was too too poor.
But now Stitching has come out at several places, approx at 6 7 places, few snaps are attached.
Now, I lodged complaint again and again they are ready to stitch again.
But now, If I have paid Rs 50, 000/- for a sofa, why should I stitch again and again and that too with poor unqualified people.
Your people are not ready to accept your fault at all, its your fault that you have delivered a poor quality product to me.
why should lodged a complaint with court as you have cheated me on quality?
I can consider problem at one or two places, but it's coming everywhere now and that too within 9 months, what I am suppose to do when the warranty period will get over.
