I PURCHSED FURNITURES AND PAID 100% BILL ON 3RD APRIL. SURPRISINGLY, THEY TOOK 15 DAYS TO DELIVER THE BOXES ON 23RD APRIL SINCE THEY HAVE LARGE DEMAND AND NEEDS 15 DAYS ESCUTION TIME, GOD KNOWS WHAT THEY DO WITH MONEY FOR 15 DAYS.

I AM STRUGGLING PAST ONE WEEK TO GET THE CARPENTER FROM THE STORES TO FIX THE FURNITURES BUT NO RESPONSE... EVRY DAY I AM WAITING FOR THE CARPENTER TO COME..

WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP TO GET IT RESOLVED... P
